Your contributions are appreciated. They will help us produce a documentary and a book telling the extraordinary story of the worldwide Rolling Requiem.
Over 17,000 singers and almost 5,000 instrumental musicians from around the world performed Mozart's Requiem on 9-11-02. Just under 200 choirs from 28 countries came together with one goal - to help honor the victims of the attacks on September 11th, 2001, including airplane crews and passengers, World Trade Center and Pentagon workers and visitors, and relief workers, including firefighters, emergency medical personnel and law enforcement personnel. Our combined tributes offered comfort to all who were left behind.
Now, we plan to share this incredible event as broadly as possible and to document its historic significance by creating both a book and a documentary. We hope to broadcast the documentary through the public television broadcasting stations throughout the world. We also plan to make the documentary and the book available for purchase. Proceeds from the sales of both will go to a charitable organization that focuses on helping those touched by terrorism.
Your financial contribution, which is 100% tax-deductible under US law, will help fund the creation of both the documentary and the book. Suggested donations: $20.02. $91.10 $202.00 $500.00 $1000.00 OTHER _____

As we initiated and fulfilled the vision of the Rolling Requiem, we moved forward on faith, trusting that if we did our best, the tribute would become what it was meant to become. The extraordinary outpouring of worldwide support showed us that the Rolling Requiem embodied the true spirit of the people of the world -- a spirit of love, forgiveness and reconciliation. When this magnificent music circled the earth on September 11th, 2002, it touched the hearts, not only of those who were directly affected by the tragedy, but also of many, many others. We hope this spirit of love will continue, bringing harmony and connection to replace anger and separation. We hope it will bring peace on earth. - Madeline
